If a loss sheet fails to process, youโll see an error notification in Adjusto and receive an email explaining that something went wrong.
Start here:
- Open the Loss Sheets tab
- Find the loss sheet with a Failed status
- Review the error description to see what caused the issue
Common reasons a loss sheet fails:
Missing or unclear fields
Adjusto looks for these standard fields:
- Description (required)
- Room
- Condition
- Store
- Quantity
- Age
- Price
Our AI can usually figure out columns even if the headers donโt exactly match, but if headers are too unclear or missing, processing can fail. Double-check your column names and update them if needed.
Once corrected, re-upload the loss sheet and it should process successfully.
