Adjusto Remote is our field & desk service that pairs adjusters with insurance companies who need claims worked. By leveraging the power of the Adjusto platform, Adjusto Remote adjusters can work contents claims faster and more accurately than ever before.

This training will walk you through how to document contents claims in the field using video, then review and work those claims in the Adjusto platform.

You’ll learn how to capture contents clearly, upload videos by room, review the AI-generated inventory, and use Adjusto to automatically find real product matches with live pricing and depreciation.

Please read each section and watch each video in order.

Afterward, you’ll be able to try the workflow in the platform and take the Adjusto Remote Certification test.

To work Adjusto Remote jobs, you’ll need to become a certified Adjusto Remote adjuster.

The certification process includes documenting items in a test claim. This test covers both sides of the workflow: field adjusting, where you record and document the contents, and desk adjusting, where you review and process the claim in Adjusto.

Once the test claim is completed, the Adjusto team will review your work.

If everything looks good, we’ll add you to our network of Adjusto Remote certified adjusters. If anything needs improvement, we’ll work with you to get you up to speed.
