Next Video: How to Process Items
Duplicate items can sometimes occur when using video inventories.
To find and remove duplicate items:
- Use the filter button in the Room column to select a single room
- Click the Description column header to sort it alphabetically
- Review the items in that room and look for duplicate entries, using the videos and screenshots to confirm (click the Photo button in the Actions column to see them).
- Use the Trash button in the Actions column to delete any duplicates.
- Alternatively, use the checkbox to select multiple items and use the actions bar at the bottom to delete duplicate items
Note: Duplicate items may have descriptions that vary slightly from each other.
