Great! Now that you’ve gone through the Adjusto Remote training, it’s time to test out your skills.
You should have been granted access to Adjusto with an email invite to sign up. If you haven’t, please contact support@adjusto.ai and we’ll get you set up.
After you sign up, you can log in to Adjusto, where you will see two claims:
Sandbox - [Your Name]
Test - [Your Name]
Sandbox Claim
The sandbox claim is a practice space for you to try out the various features of Adjusto.
It will not be reviewed for your Adjusto Remote certification.
Please limit yourself to:
- Uploading no more than 20 videos in the sandbox claim
- Processing no more than 50 draft items in the sandbox claim
Adjusto Remote Certification Test
In order to be certified for Adjusto Remote, you will need to work a test claim in your own space.
Use the Test - [Your Name] claim for this test.
Claim Address
Your test claim will be set to a random address.
If you leave the address as-is, your videos and items will show an orange File flag warning that they were recorded away from the claim address.
To clear the warning, you must either:
- Update the claim address to your actual address in Claim Details
- Resolve the File flags from the Photos & Videos page
Test Claim Instructions
- Document three rooms using videos
- Each room should have at least 20 items
- The test claim must include:
- Contents of a drawer or box of assorted items
- Two pieces of large furniture
- 5 articles of clothing from a rack or closet
- 2 “like kind and quality” groups of items (e.g. one group of 3 Levi’s jeans and another group of 15 costume jewelry earrings)
- 2 bed sheets or towels
- Work the desk side of the claim:
- Remove any duplicate items
- Resolve any issues with processed items (i.e. Flags)
- Confirm product matches, pricing, and depreciation are accurate
- Create a report when you’re finished. You may create additional reports if needed.
Once your test claim is complete, email remote-onboarding@adjusto.ai. We’ll review your work, and if needed, walk you through anything that needs improvement so that you can confidently work a contents claim in Adjusto.
After that you’ll be an officially certified Adjusto Remote adjuster.
