Quick Highlight on Column Requirements
- Some claims will require the Age and Unit Price column to be filled out, some will have them optional
- If they are yellow, they must be filled out
- If they are gray, then they are optional
- Adjusto will let you know in advance as to what is required in a claim
- When required, Age and Unit Price will need to be provided by the policyholder
Process & Price Items
When Adjusto processes an item, it will automatically:
- Find a real product match with a live price
- Depreciate the item
- Determine and apply any applicable sales tax
When an item is ready to process, its status will turn green 🟢.
To process an item or items:
- Select the items you want to process using the checkboxes
- Remember, they must all be Ready to Process 🟢, don’t select any Incomplete 🟡 items.
- Click Actions > Process Items
- Then click Process on the popup window
Once processed, these items will appear in the Processed items table.
- Processing items can take a few minutes.
- The Processed items table will update automatically once they’re ready, there’s no need to hit Refresh.
- We will send you an email when items complete processing.
