- Submitted item details (description, room, etc.) are on the left with lighter column headers
- Adjusto AI item details can be found on the right with darker column headers
- Columns can be:
- Moved/reordered
- Filtered
- Sorted
- Searched
Click on the blue underlined Description to open an item detail view, where you can
- View and edit Submitted Item details
- View and edit the Settlement Item which is used for the settlement price
- Adjusto’s AI is designed to select the best match it can find.
- Other matches that the AI considered can be selected instead
- You can also manually specify a product match
- View and edit the Depreciation category and rate
- Add in Adjuster Notes which are only viewable to adjusters, not policyholders
- View, add, and remove Pictures of the item
- If an item came from a video, Adjusto will include a screenshot of the item
- View the source of the item (video or spreadsheet)
