Flagged Items
Items with a red flag 🚩icon need some additional work before they’re complete.
Flagged items are not included in the totals of the final report, therefore they need to be resolved.
🚩Flag types include:
- Replace - Adjusto’s AI could not find or select a matched product for this item
- Action to take: select an item from the list of item candidates or manually enter one
- Rate - The depreciation classification requires a manual depreciation rate
- Action to take: assign a depreciation rate to the item
- Class - Adjusto could not classify the item for depreciation
- Action to take: assign a depreciation classification or manual rate to the item
- Age - Age is missing, therefore Adjusto cannot depreciate the item accurately
- Action to take: Get the item’s age from the policyholder
- Room - The item has not been assigned to a room
- Action to take: Assign the item to a room
Resolve Flags Fast
Filter down to just a single flag type and do the following:
- For Replace, add in the Settlement Item details in the item detail view.
- Use the Next and Previous buttons to quickly flip to the next flagged item.
- For Rate, sort the items by Classification and then select all the items with the same Classification.
- The actions bar will appear at the bottom screen where you can update all their depreciation rates at the same time.
- For Class, open the item details view by clicking on the Description (or double clicking the row), then select the applicable Depreciation Category.
- Use the Next and Previous buttons to quickly flip to the next flagged item.
- For Age and Room, open the item detail view by clicking on the Description (or double clicking the row).
- Add in the missing value.
- Use the Next and Previous buttons to quickly flip to the next flagged item.
Manually Flagged Items
You can add your own flag to an item to indicate that it needs to be worked or reviewed further.
To manually flag or remove a manual flag:
- Click Manually Flag (or Remove Manual Flag) in the top right corner of the Item Detail view
- Select multiple items and use the actions bar at the bottom of the screen to add or remove manual flags
- This is under the More button
Note: Manually flagged items will be excluded from claim totals in the report view, just like all other flag types.

Note that these items do appear in claim totals in the final report.
