Final Reports
- Final reports take a snapshot of a claim
- Once created, they give you a full breakdown of the claim
- They also include a policyholder friendly report that can be saved as a PDF
- Flagged Items will appear in the report in their own section
- Flagged Items will not be included in the claim totals
- You can create multiple reports
- Generally, you create a report when issuing a payment
- Reports cannot be deleted*
